Feeling Stressed?

Try the following breathing techniques for several minutes.  

STEP 1: Take a deep breath by inhaling through the nose.

STEP 2: After inhaling, hold your breath for no more than 3-5 seconds.

STEP 3: After holding your breath, exhale through your mouth.
